Member's workout summary is incomplete, or member stays in grey zone during the workout
If a member receives an incomplete workout summary, or their zone totals don't seem correct, there is an issue with connectivity between the pod and the network.
- Check antenna connectivity and reconnect antennas if necessary.
- Reboot the Netgear router.
- Check the strap placement.
- Strap should be secure across the sternum, just below the pectorals.
- If the strap is moving around during the workout, it may not transmit properly and needs to be tightened.
- Try wetting the rubber pads on the strap and ensure they are securely connected to the skin.
- If necessary, move the strap around to the side or back of the member's torso.
- Check Windows Firewall and ensure it is disabled.
