The PULSE screen is not visible on the TV.
Check that the session is started and that the display settings are set to extend:
- Ensure your display settings are set to Extend.
- Right-click on the desktop.
- Click Display settings.
- Scroll down until you see Multiple Displays, and make sure the drop down box says Extend These Displays. Click Keep changes.
- If you do not see Multiple Displays, see the below tips about reconnecting the TV to the laptop.
- Go to the Training Session tab in the PULSE software and ensure Show Display and Start Session is clicked. If the session is active, the button should read End Session.
- If the button reads Show Display and Start Session or Close Display, click the button until it reads End Session.
Note: If you have to set the display settings to Multiple Displays, exit and re-open the PULSE software.
If the laptop is not projecting anything to the TV, or the TV is not reading any input:
- Unplug the HDMI cable from the laptop and plug it back in to reset the connection
- Ensure your display settings are set to Extend.
- Right-click on the desktop.
- Click Display settings.
- Scroll down until you see Multiple Displays, and make sure the drop down box says Extend These Displays. Click Keep changes.
- Change the HDMI input on the TV.
- Move the HDMI cable to a different input port on the TV (i.e. HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc).
- Change the input channel on the TV to the input port the HDMI cable is plugged into.
- Reboot the laptop.
